Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and GEOINFER LABS, SL ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of our AI-powered geolocation service and related website (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing, browsing, or using our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Service.

Payment Terms

Refunds and Cancellation

Credit top-ups are non-refundable once any credit from that purchase has been used. This applies regardless of how many credits remain: if you purchase a credit pack and consume even a single credit, that purchase is not refundable, without exception. A prediction that fails before any credit is deducted does not count as usage.

Credits expire. Credits purchased as a top-up expire 90 days after purchase. Credits granted as part of a subscription expire at the end of the billing period in which they were granted. Expired credits are not refundable, are not exchangeable for a credit balance, and do not carry over.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period that is already paid for: you keep access and your remaining allowance for the rest of that period, and you are not charged again. We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the unused remainder of a billing period, and cancelling does not refund earlier periods.

Suspension or termination of your account for breach of our Acceptable Use Policy does not entitle you to any refund of amounts already paid, as set out in section 6.3 of that policy.

Where you have entered into a separate written agreement with us — including enterprise, institutional and other negotiated contracts — the payment, refund and termination terms of that agreement prevail over this section to the extent they conflict.

Nothing in this section limits any right of refund or withdrawal that applicable mandatory consumer protection law grants you and that cannot lawfully be excluded.
